Your financial situation is readily available if checks, deposits, ATM transactions, bank charges, electronic fund transfers, debit transactions, tax-related cash expenditures, transfers between accounts, investment transactions, and credit card transactions are entered in the appropriate accounts. We can enter financial data for all accounts or just specific ones. (Please see the COMPILING TAX DATA and TRACKING THE RETURN ON INVESTMENTS pages.) We can even enter your frequent flyer miles.

Depending upon which accounts we work on, the monthly Financial Packet will include an Income and Expense Report, Cash Availability Report, Cash Flow Projections Report, Medical Expenditure and Reimbursement Report, Net Worth Report, Portfolio Value Report, Investment Performance Report, Capital Gains Report, Investment Income Report, Investment Transactions Report, Savings Rate Report, and Account Balances Report. Comparison reports and graphs will also be included. They will encompass the period since the last Financial Packet was sent, for the year-to-date, for the past year, and, at your request, for any period of time since transactions were first entered.

We will prepare, upon your request, the Credit Card Spreadsheet. The following information is included in this spreadsheet: payment due dates for each credit card; the amount owed per card; the minimum amount due per card; the interest rate per card; the total credit card amount owed; the credit limit and available line of credit per card; the amount saved if balances were transferred to cards with lower interest rates; and special benefits per card, such as frequent flyer miles, cash back incentives, or purchase warranties.

Financial data is entered on a monthly basis. We can also enter data to bring your file up to date from when you first started using Quicken, from the beginning of the year, or for any other period of time. Quicken files and the financial data are exchanged by overnight delivery or by messenger for those located in New York. Therefore, locale is not an important factor. The turnaround period is two business days for clients who have us enter their financial data monthly. For those who have us enter past data, the turnaround period depends upon the number of transactions that need to be entered. Since personal finances are a private matter, discretion and data security are of the utmost importance to us.

Charges are based on the time spent entering the financial data. The fee is $60 an hour, billed in quarter hour segments. To sign up for this service or for more information, please contact us. Or click here to be contacted.
